hello. 

I will apply for my DTV online. we are a family of 3. it is necessary to make before the application for the holder of the visa dtv and then the members of the family? each person must create their own account?

An account is basically a single email address that you log into. You can submit the main applicant visa request, then submit the dependants applications after the initial visa is granted.
