For the Soft Power DTV visa, you need to leave the country every 6 months, and then you can return and stay for another 6 months. But if I no longer have a membership to train MMA after the first 6 months, my DTV visa will no longer be valid, right? Even though the visa itself is valid for 5 years.

Does anyone know how this works?

Approved my dtv today and will apply for a dependent dtv tomorrow for my wife. The question is will she also got an interview? We are at Vientiane.

Can we open a bank account in Thailand with DTV visa and if yes then which banks anyone opened the bank account in Thailand

applying at jakarta. at first i thought they required 3 months of bank statements but now that im looking at their website again, i dont see anywhere that says that.

does anyone have official information for how many statements we need for jakarta?

do they require the 500k baht to be in the account for 3 or more months, or does it matter as long as it's the final balance at the time of application?

Interesting, a retirement visa is required for a bank account, and a bank account is required for a retirement visa, go figure.

I have a Non OA Visa Multi Entry retirement one year valid until 19th November 2025. Went to Laos for 2 days and come back in via the bus terminal Noung Khai. At immigration sent me to office to supervisor who would only stamp passport to 29th Dec 2025, I thought with multi entry I would get 12 months from date come back into thailand 11th Aug is that correct. Has anyone run into this issue with the Thai eVisa site? I’m applying through the Royal Thai Consulate in Los Angeles, and my application is stuck on Pending Payment. Every time I click the payment icon, I get the popup shown in the attached screenshot.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

• Multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari)

• Incognito/private mode

• Laptop + phone

• Wi-Fi + mobile data

• VPN turned off completely

• Cleared cache/cookies

• Checked with my bank — nothing is being charged (so it’s not even reaching the payment processor)

It’s the same error every single time. This isn’t a card decline because it’s failing before it even attempts the transaction.

Has anyone experienced this before? And if so, how did you get it resolved?

i am applying non-o 90 days (marry visa) and they ask for my last 3 month bank statment and i had already convert them into pdf file but when i click "preview" it only show for the 1st month bank statment and the other 2 month bank statment it cannot be display.

Hi any advice would be great but i think i have messed up, i applied for a single entry tourist visa, it has been approved but it says it’s valid till the 9th of november but i am there till the 26th, does that mean i have to leave thailand by the 9th or use the visa before the 9th thanks in advance steve

I've been in Thailand for 5 days on a 60 day visa exempt tourist visa I am from Australia 57 years old. I am going to apply for a Non O retirement visa here in Thailand, I am living with my girlfriend at her house in Udon Thani, can anyone recommend a good legitimate Visa company to use in Udon Thani....I know it is more expensive and possibly harder to do from inside Thailand, but that is the choice I have made.

I have the funds necessary 800,000 Thai baht to deposit into a Thai bank account, I would appreciate some good references for the best agency to use.
