Hi all, about the DTV: can this be also requested while already in Thailand? And as portfolio, is my Estonia e-residancy enough?

You need to look at the requirements for the DTV visa on the Thai Embassy or Consulate website where you will be applying for the DTV visa.

You CANNOT apply for the DTV visa when you are inside Thailand.
