Hello, I am looking for cooking school for DTV. Appreciate if you have any recommendations. I have seen some of the schools review that it was a trouble to go through the immigration with the visa they get from those places. If you have tried with cooking school, please share your experience with entering the country for the first time. Thank you 🙏🏻
Can anyone give advice on the DTV visa, when applying for culinary courses. Does have to be with an approved school or college? Does the course have to be for a certain length of time? Sorry I’m applying at The Thai Embassy London
Been seeing a lot of approvals of the DTV on soft power for Muay Thai. Does anyone know of a Thai Cooking school that has accreditation for the DTV and/or has already students approved on the DTV visa? I'm not interested in muay thai.
Does anyone know of reputable cooking schools that offer DTV? I looked at a couple schools in BKK, and I actually want to learn how to cook Thai food, and I also want to move to Thailand. I saw one school that offered a DTV-eligible 2 week cooking class for 40,000 baht. Is that reasonable?
Deciding whether to apply for DTV under Muay Thai or a cooking class. For Muay Thai I've been in contact with Tiger Eye gym in Bangkok and they seem responsible and professional. For cooking I'm looking at Bangkok Cooking Academy, also seems legit. I'm kind of leaning more towards cooking because it's something I've always wanted to learn but the courses are a month long. What happens once you've complete the month long course? Do you have to keep signing up for month long courses? With Muay Thai I've dabbled in it before and I wouldn't mind doing it 1-2 times a week long term.
