it does not have to be a Thai based company. There are several international companies on the approved list.

Can I purchase COVID health insurance for a TR visa from my home country?

I’ve seen it as I had to go through the whole dilemma and my insurance is not through a Thai company.

I think there is a link on the London Thai Consulate website.

Also I would advise to contact the insurance companies direct. No need for an agent. Your giving them money for nothing!

Yes I came back end of July on non O. I also have a mate with a non O who came back recently for the 2nd time and his CoE was issued within 24 hours from London consulate
