they closed and stole my money years ago, was a investigation into the fraud with the management years ago but I have never heard anything and everything hushed up. Luckily only around 289,000 bht, no explanation, Pattaya bank said No have information!

What paperwork is needed to transfer a NON-O stamp from an old passport to a new one?

That is not true! I got my retirement extension in Pattaya, I went to USA for a few months for a surgery, came back to Thailand 2.5 weeks ago and got my stamp transferred in UdonThani into my new passport. 500 bht. Also got new 90 day check in in UdonThani.
