TLDR : Answer Summary
The user initially applied for a non-O visa online but faced cancellation due to an unclear photo. Comments from the community suggest taking a new, clearer photo and re-uploading it. Some indicate that if the status is marked as cancelled or rejected, a complete resubmission of the application may be necessary, while others recommend checking the application status for any instructions or past applications.

- I see that you have paid for it but that it is classified as finished. I suspect you will have to pay for a new Non-O visa? If so get your photo taken professionally and get a PDF or picture file of it from the photographer. Scan your passport rather than take a photo of it!

If it doesn't say processing or request more documents and says canceled or rejected, you will probably have to start over. You should be able to see all of your past applications and their status even ones from previous years
Staat er echt dat je aanvraag geannuleerd is? Ik weet zeker dat mijn zoon een nieuwe foto heeft gemaakt en toegevoegd, maar ik weet niet meer hoe hij het gedaan heeft..
