BTW you do have a modern "tone" dialing phone, not the old pulse dialing phone? The old phones would work if selected "2", its very unlikely

 its not new, but in the 18 months or so it has been enforced more, I have to show it on my visa extension, for example

I think its a "residence certifate" I have ti get my father in law to fill mine in every year, plus a copy of his id. I don't pay rent. I don't think its a rental agreement. Try and translate the title with Goole translate.

 3 months after was enforced for the marriage extension I did. The signing of the documents is normal. I prepare everything now
