he could go to Cambodia (figure out the COVID rules for entrance) apply for the SETV visa at the Thai embassy, fill out the Thai pass pay for the SHA++ hotel on days 1 and 5, pay for the insurance etc, get a PCR test in Cambodia prior to boarding a flight back to Thailand then hope the I/O allows him back into Thailand once he lands…reminds me of the ancient pre-Rona time…
