I can’t say it enough but I wouldn’t have had the courage or knowledge without your help and Tod’s in leading up to retiring in Thailand in doing all the paperwork on my own It’s a time in one’s life that not only are you ending your life’s work but also settling in a foreign country . But year by year the extension process becomes less of a hassle. Thanks once again

yes I’ve heard that as well , none personally but I have heard folks going down to Chiang Mai for better results . I guess it all hinges on your TM 30

btw dont forget you need to get a 12 month bank statement showing each month balance and transactions . I didn’t see that here from anyone else except to say it’s the same every year doing your extensions , nothing changed
