Renewed my Non -O extension based on retirement yesterday here in Pai Maehongson Immigration Nothing new in 2022 so far . Can’t say enough good things about IO here . They even reset my 90 days to the day I received my extension which is a first . And as always thank you to the admins here for keeping us all informed .

That Pai satellite office is/was a known problematic office (especially for people on covid extensions 😮 )

yes I’ve heard that as well , none personally but I have heard folks going down to Chiang Mai for better results . I guess it all hinges on your TM 30
