It's a little blurred, but clearly says 10,000tb for a five year visa. 180 days + 180 days extension, then must leave. Return on the same 5 year visa, thus starting the process over again, guess this break means your not a permanent resident. Nowhere does it say pay another 10,000tb for each 180 days. Remember Thailand are trying to attract people not turn them away.
I read the same in the BKK news that the 60 days waiver starts on Monday 14th, however it said maximum 60 days, so wonder if the 30 days extension will be allowed, let's see.
You may get a young inexperienced person for that money.

Agree not the best website, but I got through registering the address, uploading id and registering myself. Just returned, registered again, same address and was able to download a copy of the tm30. Just keep playing with it. One pointer after registering the property, towards the bottom the is a + add box, click that to add your stay.
