Im reading a lot about immigration clamping down on long stays.

Im a Uk passport holder and have been out of Thailand for four plus months now.

I have already had one 60 day visa exempt and 30 day extension totalling 90 days last time I came earlier in the year.

I also did the same and the end of last year so that took me upto mid January this year.

My logic is I’ve been out for nearly five months I should be fine but I’m concerned about being turned away.

Thanks for any advice in advance.

Hello.

I was in Thailand from November 1, 2024 - June 1st, 2025? 7 months. I have been outside of Thailand for 3 months. Is it likely that I will have a problem at immigration when returning via Bangkok airport? Have I already spent too much time in Thailand?

Thank you 🙏🏽

I have found out from my partner that the landlord of our apartment failed to submit the TM 30 when I last entered the country. I have been back in the UK 4 months. I have a multiple entry retirement visa. I am due back in Bangkok on this coming Thursday. Is this non compliance likely to throw up any flags on re entry? Nobody seems to know and previous answers have all been guesswork not fact. Thanks in advance.

Hi guys advice please , if I do a border run instead of 30 day extension should I take my luggage with me in case I'm refused entry back into Thailand. I've never done this before .

Thank you

Are Thai immigration officials at the airport getting tougher on letting people in? Since December 2021 I've had a tourist visa then went into a 12 month ED visa language course (with TSL, which was great) then found work and got a WP with a NON-B visa. I'm leaving this job shortly and would like to come back on a Tourist Visa. Will I have trouble getting back in? I do have a lot of stamps as a result of having these previous visas
