total rubbish, I have been doing mine for many years, my extension always in and out in no more than a hour, and that is a Non O based on marriage, easy if you are organized, which obviously you are not.

Most people tend to use a visa agent for 2 reasons, either they are too lazy to do it themselves, or they don’t meet the legal requirements for the visa they are on. It is very easy to do it yourself, if you meet the requirements.

They have a Superrich on the basement level, exchange your money there, they offer very good rates, but make sure your notes are in pristine condition.

Police check is from the Australian Federal police,easy to do on line. Your medical certificate can be done by your local GP, just use the form the embassy supplies, all very easy.

It is still a requirement to enter Thailand, sometimes immigration may ask to see 20,000 baht or equivalent in foreign currency, most times not. Either way it is still a legal entry requirement.
