Hello everyone, I’m about to finish the first 6 months of my dtv and I would like to extend another six months and is it possible to do it here in Pattaya or is it not possible to extend it?
I goofed. I entered Thailand about 92 days ago. I am on a retirement visa and I forgot to do my 90 day check in. I just went down the condo office and they told me they don't do that anymore.
A) How much of a problem is it, that I am a few days late
B) What do I need to bring with me to immigration office. I own the condo, do I bring the house book? deed?

Now it is looking like, if there isn't a reason not to, getting my extension in Chonburi would be much easier than in bkk. Is there any reason I would not want to use that office?
