Is 440k THB health insurance coverage still accepted for Visa OA extension in Thailand?

I requested to renew my insurance from a company listed in TGIA  for the extension of stay for Visa OA. The company stated in the email "Due to the new regulation of Thai immigration has changed the coverage of Health insurance from 440k THB to 3.5m THB or 100,000 USD?" Could anyone advise if 440k THB coverage is still acceptable by the Thai immigration?

Would you recommend to purchase via AXA or via [members only]/ ?

For those who went for the second option, what is the "Country of Origin"? Country of passport or country of departure?
