What should I do if the online TM30 reporting system says I've overstayed my visa?

So apparently the online TM30 90 day reporting is fixed 😂. So today I went to use it and guess what? I get a message saying I have overstayed my visa. That is not true and it stops me proceeding to complete my notification. A call to immigration was as helpful as one can expect and they told my to go and do it in person or via post. To do it via post I need to go there and get the form to post 😂

Anyway has anybody managed to get their online data corrected? Immigration offered no solution or help.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user reports issues with the online TM30 90-day reporting system which mistakenly indicates an overstay on their visa. They reached out to immigration but received no assistance, being advised instead to report in person or via post. Commenters suggest possible reasons for the confusion, including outdated data due to system downtime, and share their similar experiences and complications faced with the TM30 process.

I hope not as I have not overstayed. Looks like the IO pit 2021 and not 2022 at my last TM30.

When did you got your extension? I don't believe you got it 90 days ago. That maybe the reason. You have to count the 90 days from the last time you got your extension of stay.

No you don't! 90 day reporting is based on when you arrived in Thailand. Nothing to with extension date.

@Stephen ******
When you ask for an extension, you have to report your current address to the immigration and they give you a paper to come back 90 days later.

You can downlaod the form online

My guess is the system was down when you last did your extension so the data is old. I suspect the only way you’ll get it corrected is by visiting them. You’re gonna have to go there for the form anyway....

@Robert *******
because the system was down when you got your last extension it was not entered into the data base.

The way to get the data corrected is to GO file a 90 day report in person, then you can use the online program next time
