So apparently the online TM30 90 day reporting is fixed đ. So today I went to use it and guess what? I get a message saying I have overstayed my visa. That is not true and it stops me proceeding to complete my notification. A call to immigration was as helpful as one can expect and they told my to go and do it in person or via post. To do it via post I need to go there and get the form to post đ
Anyway has anybody managed to get their online data corrected? Immigration offered no solution or help.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user reports issues with the online TM30 90-day reporting system which mistakenly indicates an overstay on their visa. They reached out to immigration but received no assistance, being advised instead to report in person or via post. Commenters suggest possible reasons for the confusion, including outdated data due to system downtime, and share their similar experiences and complications faced with the TM30 process.
When did you got your extension? I don't believe you got it 90 days ago. That maybe the reason. You have to count the 90 days from the last time you got your extension of stay.
yeah got a problem similar too because of that. just coming back from immigration I had to pay 2000 thb fine...

My guess is the system was down when you last did your extension so the data is old. I suspect the only way youâll get it corrected is by visiting them. Youâre gonna have to go there for the form anyway....
