It's the airline you travel with which can refuse you without a return ticket.

With first one, coming in again, proof of 'Onward travel' again (think home ticket), 20k฿ (or Equivalent) cash and (hotel)booking of stay.

Sorry, but think 'the coin does not drop'. This even a picture of a part of y'r link. Visa and workpermits are 2 different things. If people want to work in Thailand first they must have a visa to stay and THEN they must arrange a workpermit. If you are not married to a Thai, you need that non B visa indeed but because you have a visa with which it's also legal to work, you only need a workpermit.

If you are Thai (Thai passport), you need a Schengen tourist visa. Then you can stay 90 days (per 180 days) and travel free to other Schengen countries.

Know nothing about the sport itself, but to be sure I would email (so you have some answer on paper) the USA- and Thai customs about this. Also possible to order them with e.g. Lazada. There I see that a lot of them are sent from Bangkok, so these ones are already in Thailand. Good luck !

And maybe a little bit more expensive, but you can transfer it in a couple of parts as international transfer. Only thing is that you reach the 800k฿ 2 months before you ask the extension (not end date of visa)

And the worst thing that can happen is 2,000฿ fine 🤷‍♂️ Think reasonable amount comparing to the costs of the whole holiday....
