Not until the 2nd year so I recommend an agent for your first application. Go for a Non o as no health insurance requirement

no but friends have and say they were good. Greg used Nissan at @cambodia inter travel and Alister used @Mots services. Both in Pattaya

great. I lived in a village east of Pakchong bought land and house too. If your in Bangkok let's catchup for a ฿45 pint.....Back to Oz. Keep back account active transfer to Thailand by Wise and payid. Do your ATO TAX return each year. It helps. Apply for age pension at 67 and stay 2 years. Have centrelink pay into your Oz bank account as you can get a better exchange rate. Might meet you in the future

Yes mate apply now but sure the ฿800k is in the bank account when you are in Thailand. Also keep your Oz Bank account and still do ATO tax returns....

If in Bangkok let's catchup for a ฿45 pint
