Nalinmard Sriphum , that is not required, she is better off to book a flight out, pay the fee a airport and come back, on the way in she would have a good reason, an onward tikcet, booked an accomodation and THB 20,000.- on her.

with the proper paperwork you can do a multiple non b also in Hong Kong, but given your location you might have the wrong idea. In the past it was possible to get multiple non b nearly providing some "sponsorship" documents, this is not possible anymore.
