You can send the stamp to Tod or myself by pm. As member pointed out you will only be blacklisted by Court ruling or Immigration. In general blacklist is 100 years unless you got caught overstaying and you have the right to appeal after 5 years, but you would need a valid reason to overturn the ban, join family, etc.

AFAIK only The Royal Thai Embassy and Royal Thai Consulates in China will issue Non B for Chinese Citizen.

next Friday is a holiday in Laos, the paperwork you must hand in on Wednesday before 11am so you can pick up on Thursday after 13:30. There are many ways to get to Vientiane. Fly direct , fly via Udon and take mini van to border, or take an agency from Bangkok. The prices are reasonable.
