i guess the regular daily applications at phnom penh, vientiane or penang should be 400 per day, may be they want to stretch it or move people to less frequented places.

I just looked at webside of Penang and they redone it. I can not find the cost. Other posters are correct Laos charged THB5,000.- for a multiple and Malaysia was always higher and in Ringgit.
