Coming into Thailand from the UK on the 45 day waiver and heading into Laos for a few weeks before the 45 days is up then back to Thailand for the remainder on a new entry. 3 months away in total. Have return tickets to UK but for February, is this OK for entry at immigration? Thanks in advance.

I need to leave Thailand in order to change my visa. Are land borders available. I also have Covid a couple of months ago, so chances are I will still test positive on the RT-PCR test coming in. Can I get an exemption from the hospital that tested me to avoid the PCR test coming in. Any advice for me on how to avoid quarantining when I re-enter Thailand?

Hello, thanks for accepting me into this group. I flew in to Thailand (Bangkok) and received a visa upon arrival valid for 30 days. It expires August 4th. I want to go to Vientiane and stay perhaps a week or two in Laos. Are there any reliable bus services to Vientiane or should I fly? I want to come back to Thailand for two months after that. Do I have to fly back here in order to receive 60 more days? Do I have to show bank accounts for 60 day tourism? My passport is USA. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Had tourist visa from loas got extension immigration for 30 day that runs out Sunday 22nd gonna get over night bus to border arrives Thai border morning 23rd then straight to loas consulate get another tourist visa will that be ok As I will be one day over leaving Thailand.?

today i am.at.immigration for my last edu visa extention. they just told me my edu visa expires.June 25th (i expected it to be july 2nd 😔).

my flight out of Thailand is on the first of July.- so 6 days later - whats best to do??

Does anyone have experience with getting an ED visa?

I´m planning to go to Laos to get it. How long does it take to get it, and is there anything specific I should be cautious about? I think I read 5 days somewhere, but not sure. Will I be able to use baht at hotels/restaurants etc.?

I´m planning to fly from bkk to Udon Thani and then drive the rest of the way. Will it be easy to find a bus or something, or can you recommend any services at a moderate price that could take me the rest of the way?
