I just flew into Chiang mai yesterday from Hong Kong and immigration didn’t ask me about insurance

I just applied and got a o a visa from Hong Kong. I know that all visas need to be hK residence and they photo copy your passport ( if from another country but a hk resident) and HK ID card.

Dear Experts... yes... we are home owners and will be staying at our house. No, I have not registered online as home owners.

We both have multiple entry OA ( retirement) visa.

I will be flying back to hk on 11 nov for two weeks or so.

When do both of us go to immigration to do that ?! Here I guess it’s 2 things - TM30 and also to tell immigration of our presence in CM ( told by embassy in hk that we have 90 days to do this)

We do I register for the online registration as home owners

We have bought a property that’s more than 10 million already. Can we use that as investment visa ?

We are not looking at elite visa

We are just looking at option of visa since we have already invested in a over 10 million property ( house) and with the mandatory health insurance and all ... just looking at options

For insurance , we were told that we should have 40,000 baht out patient .. if we don’t have out patient covered in our insurance as we don’t fall sick as much.. will that do ?!

Hi Tod.. we were told by Thai embassy in Hk to go to immigration dept within 90 days to report. Is this TM30 ?

Health insurance.. can we get health insurance ( paid yearly) from hk ?!
