There were two letters which I had to pay (100 baht each) from the bank. Certificate from bank, bank account records and copy of updated bank book. I had all my documents and was in and out of immigration within half an hour

Our insurance don’t include outpatient and we have no intention of getting insurance for that.

Thot the insurance for OA has to be from the list provided for from immigration

You mentioned prior to the end of second year, we have to depart Thailand and re enter with a Non O retirement visa... so we apply for it before we leave the country ?!

When should we begin to process should we want a Non O visa ?
