Its 800k for 3 months after being granted and never less than 400k. At the moment its fair to say no one knows how they'll check or the repercussions of going below 400k. It's been mooted that you'll face problems getting subsequent yearly extensions if you don't follow the 400k sub-rule - but it's not been a year yet since this came into effect - so we don't know.

I think you'll need to weather the storm at immigration and see what's what. I believe the 90 day clock starts again from your application in Feb, - but not knowing your visa / 90 day reporting status prior to that - its difficult to say with any certainty - sorry

For 90day You'll need to have submitted at least once in person to get into the immigration system to allow online.

Also considering '07 is a while ago it may be outside the system parameters for online without 'refreshing' your tm6 number in person at immigration . . .
