Hi..I am the holder of a Non Imm OA visa. I have a danish passport. My visa expire October 1...but I leave Thailand next month. I return late September and will get a year from the date I arrive...My quistions: When I leave again in January 2020 will I then be able to have a reentry permit and return in March? It would be nice if I don't have to apply for a new Non ImmOA before October 2020

TLDR : Answer Summary
The holder of a Non Imm OA visa with a Danish passport can return to Thailand in September 2019 and will have their visa validity extended until September 2020. However, for any trips after the visa expires in October 2019, it is necessary to obtain a reentry permit to maintain the legal stay until September 2020.

Yes . .

Your return in sept '19 will give you til sept '20,

For any trips after the visa expires in Oct' 19 you'll need a reentry permit to keep the "permitted to remain until sept '20" alive.
