What is the requirement when an individual on retirement visa returns from a trip out of the country? As I understand it the procedure is to report to the office of the property, in the case of a condo or apartment rental, within 24 hours of your return. Is that correct?

What is the procedure if one is sharing a house with the owner of the house? The owner is obligated to report your return?

And finally, what is the procedure if one is renting a house, for example, where the property owner is either not in Chiang Mai or possibly not even in Thailand?
