Can I ask - what if you don't have a lease - been living at my partners cousins 'spare' house for >15 years rent/lease free. I'm thinking when I get round to do a tm30 (on next trip back into thailand ) I'll go with Cousin (the owner) to CW to file or should I prepare a nominal 'penny' lease just in case.
