Hi does anyone know if there is anywhere online to download the Thai immigration forms for the 60 day extension?

I'm looking for a form that says that my embassy is not giving letters for an extension, I believe I downloaded it from this group.Its for my new covid 60 day extension.thanks

I keep reading more and more about people registering a TM30, and it’s starting to concern me a little, as I don’t want to compromise in any way my retirement extension status. I’ve lived at the same residential building in BKK for two years, and do my ninety day checkins at Chan Wattana immigration. Never been asked about the TM30. My next ninety day reporting is in early March, and I’m seriously thinking of putting the record straight and registering. How exactly would I go about doing this, and are there any forms I can download and fill in prior to my visit in order to save time.

Is there still a Fillable TM 47 90 day form? I had one on my previous computer & want to download to new one. I have googled & looked in files on this page and can find for Form only. Thanks.
