certainly they are two different trains. The 90 days report applies to those extensions longer than 90 days. if I have an extension of 60 days in which I have already reported my address every time, what sense does it make to request an additional separate 90 days report? Only someone out of brain can ask for it

you can call it extension that it makes no difference because when you come to immigration every 60 days to renew it you must also report your address

no no luckily, in that office there's that only employee completely out of the brain, if you show up every 2 months for a new visa it's completely crazy to request the 90-day report
