is the yearly extension the type Non-O-A ? Also, does the 800K in the Thai bank have to be Foreign Bank transfer to a Thai bank or can it just be 800K in a thai bank static for months.

any idea what it says ..? just wondering if this may cause issue when applying for future visa at the consulate..(north america).

you correct . it is 0-A (temp resident 50 yrs min).

I just browsed the Thai Consulate website (canada). For Non-Imm O visa (retirement-90days), there isn't a mention of having $$ requirement. However, for the Non-A (one year extension following the Non-O), there is. 1. is there $$ requirement when applying for Non-O from within Thailand ? 2. Is the retirement (non-O) only for 90 days and then the non-A for the 1 yr extension (based on 50 yr age and up).

Thanks. 1. TM86 for Non-O. is it to assume that this is a single entry visa (basically, cannot leaving the country even for a day will end the Non-O visa). 2. Did you mean '..30 days or less on the stamp".. but at least 20 days before end of stamp as well (applicaiton window between 30 - 20 days before end of stamp). And option to request for multiple entry retirement (year extenstion) can be made at this time ?
