Is there a listing of documents that is required for applying for the Non-O 90 days, leading to 1 year extension stay based on 50yr up.  Jomthein. I have seen the shared document listing for the 1 yr extension but not the 90days application.  thx

In jomtien there tell you you need 800k in your Thai bank in only your name for 2 months prior to applying,it’s not really right

that totally IS correct in Jomtien for both the initial 90 day Non-O and the year extension.

You need to go to Jomtien to get their latest requirements list, Jometien has very specific their own requirements.

Here is just FYI, general requirements from Immigration Bureau HQ. Again, Jomtien has different detailed conditions from this.

For example, you need to have funds to sit in your bank account for 2 months if you use the banked money method for an in-country initial visa.
