As one has 24hrs to report residence, I like to know what documents are needed for this if I own a condo. I have labeled pages of the title deed. If someone can call out which ones, that would be awesome. I don't want to bring the original to the immigration office. As well, what forms need to be filled out. thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To report your residence within 24 hours of moving into your condo in Thailand, you generally need to prepare several documents, including copies of your passport, visa or extension, latest entry stamp, and TM6 landing card. The TM30 form must be filled out and can be found online. Although the original title deed is not mandatory to bring, some residents recommend having it just in case. It is also suggested to have the blue house book and chanote documents ready, as they may be requested by the immigration office.

I brought the original to the Chiang Mai immigration office. Why not? Then every time I just “update” no change.

Passport personal details page, page with stamp entering Thailand and departure card, blue book and title deed, form filled in by Home owner, that’s what I took to immigration at Jomtien

The form you need to fill out is the TM30 form, two pages and can be found in the files section of this page.

I would imagine if it's your condo that the blue house book doesn't have your name in it (seeing as foreigners can't be a blue house book unless they hold Permanent Resident status) ;)

Unfortunately I don't know the specific documents you need there.

I'd take them all the first time you go and they'll tell you what you really need.

If I was to guess I'd say take the blue house book and the chanote (#3 & #4) BUT it'd just be a guess.
