You really should have no issues. You have short stays and adequate time between visits. There is nothing at all about your pattern of visits to indicate you live in Thailand or are “gaming the system.”

I would suggest trying a tablet if you are still having issues. I had the same problem completing the TDAC on my IPhone. Switched and completed it on my IPad with no issues. The email reply had the QR code and was (of course) also on my IPhone email. Took a screenshot also just in case. Immigration at Suvarnabhumi Airport probably won’t ask you for it. It is in their computer system on your arrival.
