What should I do if I can't complete the Thai e-visa application from Australia?

I’ve been trying for days to fill out the Thai e visa to enter Thailand from Australia. It allows you to fill out down to accomodation then you can’t proceed further. Any one else had this issue ? Regards Stephen

Everything with a red asterisk beside it must be filled out. Everything else is optional. Recheck

the issue is that if you click on one of the fields without a red astirisk it becomes activated and you cannot proceed without either completing the field or reseting it

still has nothing to do with TDAC . All foreign passport holders have to do it electronically 3cdats prior to entry into kingdom, Visa or no visaAnna *********

I would suggest trying a tablet if you are still having issues. I had the same problem completing the TDAC on my IPhone. Switched and completed it on my IPad with no issues. The email reply had the QR code and was (of course) also on my IPhone email. Took a screenshot also just in case. Immigration at Suvarnabhumi Airport probably won’t ask you for it. It is in their computer system on your arrival.

When are you arriving in Thailand? If your filling out the TDAC online, you do it 3 days prior to arrival.

Or you can complete upon arrival,as I did two weeks ago. But was still questioned by an Immigration Officer,after passing through the entry desks. I only have a one way ticket, probably the reason. But still received a 60 days stamp,under the visa exemption policy. Being polite and respectful definitely helps!

Either some other linked data is missing or the entry you're trying to make doesn't match with the type of visa you selected. I will agree with you that the online visa app is not very user friendly. Definitely not proofed by a Western educated professional. It's totally Thai style. Same in the US.

Immigration will ask you at the counter or let you through without that info. This is as of last week when a friend visited

I applied last month and it was ok. Normally if you cannot proceed something is missing, it is not always obvious what.
