As

Mentioned were you in Thailand in 2025 ?

Not familiar with any Visa run companies from Chiang Mai / Chiang Rai

You use to be able to go from Chiang Rai to Myanmar but that is closed

In one day you can do

Hua Hin > Ranong > Myanmar and back in one day ( 12 hour round trip )

5300 baht per person for a 60 day stamp

At the moment when you Arrive in Thailand you get a stamp telling you when you need to leave by ( 60 days from when you arrive )

If you leave Thailand and return in X amount of weeks or months then

Again

At the moment when Arrive in Thailand you get a new stamp telling you when you need to leave by ( 60 days from when you arrive )

After 59 days

You need to go to

Immigration and extend for

30 more days

After 89 days you need to leave Thailand and come back in to restart the Multi Entry Evisa

The Thai embassy online

will take bank statements in the correct format

I would persevere or get someone to assist with applying for a Non-O outside Thailand

To open bank account here you will need deep pockets on a tourist Visa

I only say that because my TM30 has the moving in date & lease expiry date on it and I have a copy
