Hi there! I’m applying for my non O visa and they want to know what dates I’m traveling and flight info but we won’t know when we’re leaving until mid to late April. Can I put tentative dates in with flight information I pull off an airline website? Also my Thai girlfriend who lives here in the US owns the property we are staying at but they want a Thai phone number which we don’t have yet. Can we use a friends number until we get there and have our own? Thanks!

morning all, another question for you, not visa related but more bank account so I think it's visa related anyway, so struggling to decide on 2 things,

first is sending my 800,000 for my non o retirement visa, not keen on having to add details to wise and then send the money to them first , I might just use my Lloyds international account.

second one I was thinking of getting this xpatphone for my UK number and just buy a data SIM , would the bank still take the paperwork from the phone shop as evidence or do they need a Thai phone number as well, so I can download the bank app,

I am arriving next week with retirement 90 visa,my question is can I get a bank account and how do I do it if I am staying in hotel till I find a rental thanks.

My agent has requested that I obtain a Thai phone number to obtain my LTR Visa stamp at the BOI. I am hoping for an inexpensive way to obtain a Thai number, as my current U.S. service will remain my primary phone plan. Google has provided many options, but most require relativeley expensive plans. Can anyone please recommend a service or app for an inexpensive Thai phone number (or one that had a reasonably priced plan)? Thank you for the helpful information in advance!!!

The issue is that I don’t have these info available at the moment given I’m planning to move to Thailand at the beginning of October.

Hi everyone, I'm in the process of applying for a non-immigrant O/A e-visa through the Thai Consulate in the UAE and have a couple of questions. I wrote to them but they only answered one and ignored the other two. I'm hoping you can help. The first is about our air tickets. The form asks for arrival and departure dates, so do we need to buy return tickets and get a refund once the retirement visa is issued in Bangkok? The form also requires a Thai phone number. I thought I could select a UAE one, but that option is not there. Is there an e-sim we can buy from outside Thailand that would be acceptable? I've found some, but without an ID card, I can only buy a tourist SIM and am not sure it would be acceptable.

I am trying to create an account on the E-visa website. What if I put my contact number as a Thai phone number? Will that, for some reason, be not a good idea? Thanks :)
