Got mine last week at CW. Arrived 8.30am on Wednesday, left the building at 10am. A new KR2 was not required.

If it's Chaeng Wattana, you need to keep it in and show them the book again updated on the day you return for the full stamp.

No appointment necessary for a 90 day report at Mueang Thong Thani and the queues are not huge. Took me around an hour in and out last month.

But wait until you have the full stamp while you are ' under consideration' because at CW they want to see the updated book again with the 400k when you return.
