What are the requirements for obtaining a NON-O visa extension based on marriage in Thailand?
FYI just come back from CW to pick up my non o extension based on marriage. I hadn't been asked to keep the 400k in the account until now (although I did) and was never asked to show the funds today, I tried to show them but they waved the bank book away.
I was asked however, to get a new photo taken this morning and then complained as it looked like the one they had already.

Each Thai Immigration Office sets their Requirements for the extension you are seeking.
So it's not surprising that CW Bangkok Immigration Office acted different than or the reports from other Thai immigration offices.
As for the photo...suggest you get a different one next time. They do look back.
Glad you now have your one year extension of stay as Married to Thai.
