What should I do if I can't report my 90-day visa status online in Bangkok?

Unfortunately, for the first time in more than 3 years, I have not been able to do my 90 days report online (I have made several attempts over the past week). I can only assume that when I renewed my Extension of Stay (Retirement) in November something went wrong in the system, I posted my wife's report online without any issue. As I live in BKK do I need to do my 90 days face-to-face report at CW or at another office in the city? The 90 days report is due on Jan 6th, am I still able to make the report 7 days after the due date? Many Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is experiencing issues with completing the 90-day visa report online for the first time in over three years. They suspect a problem related to their recent Extension of Stay (Retirement) renewal. Other community members confirm that since the online system isn't working, the user needs to visit the Mueang Thong Thani immigration office in person to submit the report. They also inform the user that they have a 7-day grace period beyond the due date to submit the report without incurring a fine.

I can never do the first one after renewing my extension online. It feels like a reset or something.

I have heard that too, although it has not happened to me, last time I renewed my extension of stay, they gave me a new 90 day date, so will be interesting to see how that goes next time I try to do it on line

You can do 90days report online between 15days before and the due date. So you still have 6days to try online. After the due date, you need to report at the immigration office (currently MTT in Bangkok) in person until 7 days later than the due date without a fine. After that, you may be fined.

Wasn’t able to do online at all after doing it easily the last two times. It’s as if I was taken out of the database. I had to do it in person. Hopefully online will work again next report.

, 90 reporting, for Bangkok, is at Muang Thong, not CW. My 90 day online efforts also failed recently, although usually ok, and I had to go to Muang Thong. You can book an appointment to do it which avoids a queue, if there is one.

With appointment it's 10 minutes. Easy to book online.

No appointment necessary for a 90 day report at Mueang Thong Thani and the queues are not huge. Took me around an hour in and out last month.

Think you need to go the Muang Thong Thani office behind Impact not CW but admins might confirm it

Counter A, where the 90 day reports are done, are at Muang Thong Thani.

If you want to try booking an appointment, the website for the online booking system is

Online 90 days report should be 15 days beforehand. Now you’re to close to your due date Dave . Best go to do inperson At Muang thong Thani Immigretion on 2 nd floor , I did for my kids there last week . Good luck . Enjoy holiday . And happy New Years .

It used to be 15 days beforehand. Now you can do it online right up to the day it is due. Did my last two 90 day reports online, close to the date, my last one at 1.00am on the day it was due

I’ve been trying every day for 15 days before it was due, but sadly I was told I needed to report to immigration. My wife’s application, due on the same date, went through on the first attempt. I will visit immigration to sort it out, now I’m just waiting for confirmation of which office. Thanks

I don’t think you can do online report after the due date, but only in person. You also might be too close to your due date to do online as well. If I’m not mistaken it’s 15 days beforehand.

Benner Jonathan. It's within 15 days of due date. Any further out than that the system won't take it

@Bobby *******
I know, hence “beforehand” is in reference to the man’s due date.

Benner Jonathan. I was confused by when you said "too close to your due date". It didn't seem to relate

Yes you will need to make an inperson visit to file your 90 day report....if unable to do it online.

You have up to 7 days past due date to do it.

You will have to file it at Mueang Thong Thani in Bangkok

Good Luck

Happy New Year
