same issue my last 3 were rejected no explanation. Last time me and wife went into immigration office and she told I saw your many attempts and she said declined each one personally. Reason I ask. Stupid remark she said, why not come into our new office. No valid reason what so ever and she said most of the time online doesn't work anymore. Many years no problem. Just another mind game they want to complain. And she said my tm30 wasn't up to date and I brought her a copy and showed it was. She basically said I remember you from all the years and don't bother with the online anymore.

what do you mean no change. They have totally changes it. They want you to sign promise not and keep money longer than immigration rules for deposit. They changed game totally. Now they get an immigration officer enforcer badge as well 555. Wonder why so many people have closed their accts. It was not because of their good service

I can tell you from experience recently that immigration fined my wife for not filing a tm30 returning to my own house after a week trip. So people.lime me that travel. They want a new tm30 regardless o your returning to main residence. Immigration smiled at my wife an 800 baht please. Total bullshit. I am surprised they havnt gone back to the phone tracking app like during covid even though it never worked. Now I travel only with pink card and tell them no passport so hotel won't file a tm30 on each time.

all my stuff was up to date like it has been fo years. They had no real reason other for me to come in and prove I was in thailand basically. They want to work as fake immigration enforcement. Its their policies that has caused them to lose thousands of customer. If an CEO in any bank in america had this problem he o she wouldn't have a job. Thank god I didn't run my company foolishly like they have. The Bot acknowledged in recent article with all the problems with thai banks. One bank did an update and erased peoples balanced an locked over a million customers. These banks wouldn't last in america for a month. But I am sure you would defend them as excellent
