I had the same issue last month. So many people on here have complained with this exact issue. There is something wrong with the software I think. It seems this has happened to a lot of since since the online server crashes last month and was off line for days.

i don't buy this excuse and the banks said it was the Chinese laundering. So punish them andnits not the people here that retire an donthe proper steps from immigration. Indent ever believe a single word from thai official. And banks have many ways to flag money laundering. All a bunch of lies

Happened to me, even tho no changes. Went to AIS printed off receipt. They wouldn't accept my online statement. Treatment of foreigners has dropped to an all time low

this is about the honest most rate out there. Right after covid the fees were this and now It seems it has double and triple with fly my night agencies. I would point stay from bangkok bank if you still need to get a bank. It won't be possible with them to work with agency now
