About the TM47/90 day notice, I was rejected with the online option due to being first time.
Can this be done at ANY immigration office?
Or does it need to be the office local to
my stated address?
Cheers

TLDR : Answer Summary
As a first-time DTV holder in Thailand, the 90 day TM47 report must be done in person at the immigration office local to your registered address, not at any immigration office. It's noted that the first report needs to be completed in person, while subsequent reports can be filed online. Experiences vary by location, and while some have been able to submit online for their first report under specific circumstances, it's advisable to follow the standard procedure.

same as me. And I posted the the pictures last time many people argue about it. Any people posted in issan is no problem. But Bangkok usually won't. There is no standard answer as anyone knows living here, rules and regulations are a moving target
I did my first one online and was approved in less than 2 hours. Many people in issan have posted the same. It's up to the immigration office you use and before you say it's not true o have already posted pictures people. Words don't trump evidence and many office allow mail in as well
In person or by mail. And after that, it can be only done online if you extend your visa, which most people won't. If you leave the country and come back, the report must be done in person or by mail again.
Phuket is very easy. They have a drive through window. It takes one minute. You hand them your passport through the window and they hand it back with your new report stapled in your passport.
TM30 is a legal requirement for EVERY property owner to do within 24 hours of arrival at that address. If you've stayed at a hotel you have a TM30. Ask your landlord or hotel reception for a copy. You cannot do a 90 day report without having a TM30. It literally has nothing to do with your visa type.
