TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is awaiting a response regarding their Thai e-Visa application after submitting required documents. They mention submitting a company registered certificate and a business account statement, but no feedback has been received. Several commenters clarify that personal bank statements may be necessary instead of business accounts and suggest checking the application's status online. The conversation includes advice on required documentation for financial verification and employment proof.

Based on the image, the Royal Thai Embassy/Consulate is asking for the following two documents:

Bank Statement (Last 3 Months):

A latest 3-month bank statement

Must show sufficient balance to travel

Must be scanned into a single file/document

2. Employment or Business Proof:

• A recently signed letter confirming employment

OR

• Proof of a company registered in your name

These documents are required to verify your financial stability and employment/business status for the Thai e-Visa application.

Is it you or your compagny that is applying for a visa ?

If it is you, they need your bankaccount.

If it is your compagny, they need the compagny bankaccount.

Hint: compagnies does not apply for visa !

You may think it’s the same, but authorities distinguish between personal and business accounts as your accountant should have told you.

You may have to cancel the application ( and loose the 10.000+ baht fee), if you don’t have had the required amount in your personal acount for the required lenght of time.

The person applies for the DTV. The company is a seperate legal entity.

Just upload your personal bank account statement and write yourself a letter on company letterhead stating that you are employed as a executive director.

you can check the status of your application on e-visa website? It should be 'pending approval' if you submitted those two.

- As you know there are always exceptions, but there have been multiple accounts where embassies have not accepted one’s business bank statement, even when it is their own company, etc. Just giving you an FYI, and not looking to debate. Maybe it works for you, but if not, you can’t play ignorant.

it has everything to do with employees. They make the decisions and do it on their terms of what they think the rules are. You think a computer makes the decision. Your an idiot. You think Thailand immigration goes by set of rules. Your laughable. There is hurdles from both sides.

the visa is in your name not your company, so personal up-to-date bank statements needed. Ask AI to write employment letter giving them what they want, addressed to Thai Embassy, job requires remote working, and sign it as a Company Director and headed paper.
