Maam, it’s necessary to understand tax system. If you retire in Thailand, you will use the streets, the airports, you will be protected by the police and and and . you want to be a part of the community. and for all that you pay your part - as everyone else is doing. i can’t see anything bad in that.

Wise is funny - when i tried to open an account (never had one before) it ended with error message like “account was probably used for suspicious activities”.

and to make it clear - that was the error message at “registering an account”

Depending on your destination - you may get stucked in heavy traffic.

But yes - taxi is easy. After arrival go two levels down and outside - it’s self explaining / but there are people who can help.

maybe your hotel offers a pick up service - did you ask ?

Puuuh - your height will be a big problem in economy class in every airline.

i suggest you do your best to get a seat at emergency exits - here you have much more space.

for me direct flights work best. entertainment programs on board are superb - no time to be bored 🙂

Tourist is 30‘days with an option of a few more days. everything else is not tourist - whatever you want to call it.
