Mate we paid 4500thb per each for a last-minute flight ✈️ back to Thailand from HCMC , but it is a small price to pay for a 5 year visa , booked yesterday night and we flight today, normally price is 2000 around per each (or less), we paid more than double

I think guys everything depends on if the guys in charge of approve the Dtv are in the office or not, not all the officers have authority to approve these visas .

Is it true that DTV holders become Thai tax residents after staying over 180 days?

Hi, they are totally different things, visa in one thing and tax a different one, it does not matter what visa you have, if you stay in the kingdom more than 6 months in a tax year you become automatically a tax resident.

I have a US llc , so I will attach business bank proves of transactions, two contracts with clients 2024, and the invoices, I cannot send anything else more 🙂 , if with all of this I am rejected, I won't understand anything :)
