Guys I have applied in HCM on Sunday 12th January in the workation category, today I have received an email asking for this "1 . Other request documents (Provide a company profile that includes details about its history, vision, mission, products, and achievements.)"

What it means? I already sent my portfolio, contract between my LLC and me (I am a solo member/owner of the LLC), any clue?

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user who applied for a workation visa in HCM shared that they received a request for additional documents, specifically a company profile detailing the company's history, vision, mission, products, and achievements, despite having already submitted their portfolio and personal LLC contract. Commenters suggest that this request indicates the authorities are verifying the legitimacy of the business and recommend including business registration documents and a website link to demonstrate operational business activities.

You've already failed once this way. Soft power is much easier and there is no difference to applying workation. You can still do remote work.

They asked you for the same information? Did you send to them a "company profile" and they rejected you? Why? Everything here is true, I am the solo member of the company, and I have been working for more the one decade (but the company was created, b in 2023). If I attach invoice between my LLC and third companies for more than 40.000$ can help?

I am in the same situation as you. I used to own a construction for a few years until I sold it and became a consultant and incorporated a new company in 2023 so I had to explain a bit of my background and history. I also attached invoices from clients and EFT confirmation. I would not go to the soft option right away, I am sure you will be approved.

So , should I attach invoices from my customers 2024? I have a "big" client that pay once a year, I can add contract and invoice , and another 3 or 4 smaller invoices from another company, do you recommend me to include them even they did not ask for that ? (one client in the US the other in the UK) Thanks mate.

My knowledge is only based on my case that is similar to yours. They did not ask for those invoices but I added them along with confirmation of payment. I think their main concern is why you incorporated in 2023, your history and experience before and your goals. I was with the Canadian embassy.

In Canada, client company usually send what we call an EFT confirmation that accountant require at the end of the year to reconcile. It is usually send by email as an attachment for proof of invoice payment. Again, I am not sure that it is necessary in our cases but I added this.

I wrote a letter explaining my work, my vision and name of my clients company, with a short descriptions for each client. It was brief but I got approved.

I think I was in a similar situation. I am a business consultant with my own limited company. My company pays me directly and my clients pay my company.

Yeah but I meant, did you wrote the letter talking about the company clients, or about your clients? First person or third? Thanks

It was a mix of both. I can share my letter with you if that helps. It is basic but it was also following a request for document from the embassy. Did you also include registration of the business. I am sure you did but just checking.
