TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual asks whether they can obtain a multi-entry permit for a 90-day Non-Immigrant O visa if they need to leave Thailand for a few days during this period. Community responses indicate that a multiple re-entry permit may not be necessary if leaving and returning only once, as its validity aligns with the 90-day duration of the visa.

I hope it's ok to jump on this thread as it looks like OP's question has been answered. If you hold a 1 year multiple (90 days per stay) Non O, do you have to wait until the 11th month of the visa to apply for a one year extension?

you can apply when you have 30 days or less on ANY of the 90 day entry stamps you get from that visa

Unless you're leaving/comin' back multiple times during the 90 days you're here on it wouldn't make much sense to get a multiple re-entry permit <- seeing as that permit would only be valid for the duration of the 90 day stamp you're on now from the Non-O visa..

Hi, thanks for your answer. Yes due to my work I will need to come and leave Thailand like 2 or 3 times during the 90 day (not sure yet how many times), that's why I wanna know if I can get a multi entry or I need to apply for a new NON-0 each time... after get the Thai wife visa I know is not a problem, but my question is before to get the Thai wife what happens if I leave for work etc...

as Lloyd said no issue at all applying for the multiple re-entry permit,

Just so you're clear you're not getting any "thai wife visa" you got a Non-O visa granted based on a Thai wife and now when you have 30 days or less left on that 90 day stamp you will apply for a YEARLY EXTENSION based on marriage to a thai at the immigration office for 1900baht

You'll get a 30 day under consideration stamp when you apply (and if you're traveling out/back in to the country during that month you need a new re-entry permit which is only good for that stamp)

THEN

when that 30 day stamp runs out you go back to get the year extension inked in

AND

after that you buy a multiple re-entry permit that will be valid the whole year and allow you out/in all you want during that time
