But company actually booking orders for you and refer clients to you. Fee collection work from that company. In this condition you need work permit but not to register company.

And if you do own all then need company create.

You are rendering services and earning money as a part time work, work hours you are deciding only. It's called freelancer. As I understand.

So when you serve and earn, it's Job, work or business.

If you not earn then volunteer.

So apply appropriate visa.
